Our sparkling is a Non Vintage wine, using wines dating back to 2012 using Sorrenberg Pinot Noir fruit.
Aged on lees for 4 years before disgorging and a light dosage of Shiraz liquor.
This is a very in-depth sparkling with a great weight to it while still remaining fresh and fizzy.
